Ironistic Marketing Coordinators are responsible for supporting Digital Strategists in developing and implementing integrated marketing communications campaigns for a variety of clients. Most importantly, our Coordinators foster communication and collaboration between Ironistic team members – designers, developers, marketers, and technicians.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1+ year of experience in the digital marketing industry.
  • Experience building effective advertising, social, email, or other types of marketing campaigns and managing those components throughout the length of the campaign.
  • Creative thinking and problem solving skills with high attention to detail (we hear the devil is in those…so it’s kind of a big deal).
  • Excellent communication and organization skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks for multiple projects/campaigns at a time.
  • Experience with digital marketing technologies such as Google AdWords, various social media platforms, Google Analytics, email platforms such as Emma and Constant Contact, Content Management Systems, etc.
  • Understanding of online marketing best practices – SEO, AdWords, optimizely, etc.
  • Great work ethic, desire to learn new skill sets and excel in a collaborative environment.
  • A sense of humor and decent knowledge of dumb action movies.

Preferred experience includes:

  • Start to finish email marketing campaigns, including template development
  • Social media campaigns and social advertising, including content calendar management
  • Developing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns
  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM
  • Interpreting Google Analytics data into actionable insights
  • Website management through CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, DNN, etc.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and collaborating with Digital Strategists to support our client’s continuous online presence evolution.
  • Coordinating with our design, development, and marketing teams for each project.
  • Coordinate and assist with the development and management of content calendars, advertising campaigns, social media campaigns, email campaigns, analytics reporting, etc.
  • Completing/implementing scheduled tasks by the Digital Strategists.
  • Thinking strategically to proactively bring new ideas or solutions to the Digital Strategist that will help the client meet their business goals.
  • Standing on the front lines during a zombie apocalypse with your weapon of choice

Ironistic Digital Strategists are responsible for managing the lifecycle of website projects as well as planning and overseeing the ongoing marketing and evolution of our client’s brand and online presence. Most importantly, our Strategists constantly think on behalf of our clients to foster growth and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a digital design or digital marketing focused team
  • Excellent communication and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/campaigns for multiple clients
  • Experience building effective campaigns and completing successful projects for clients
  • A background in digital marketing
  • Creative thinking
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience with web technologies such as Content Management Systems, ecommerce, analytics, etc.
  • Understanding of online marketing best practices – SEO, adwords, optimizely, etc.
  • A sense of humor and decent knowledge of dumb action movies

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and collaborating with clients to continuously optimize and evolve their online presence
  • Coordinating and leading internal design, development and marketing teams on behalf of the client.
  • Thinking strategically to proactively develop client marketing plans, websites, and apps
  • Create strategic plans (scope documents, budget plans, timelines, etc.) for client projects
  • Assist in planning for zombie apocalypse or similar type disasters

Ironistic front end developers are the glue that holds our web solutions together. The Front End Developer will work as part of a collaborative development team to support the creation and maintenance of websites and apps alike. Daily work touches on all aspects of website development from requirements gathering and coding, to quality assurance and client communication. This position is a fast paced, highly collaborative role. The ideal Front End Developer will include the following:

  • 2+ years of experience in front-end (UI) development
  • Experience developing both small theme-based sites as well as large custom websites in PHP platforms/CMS including WordPress (more is better!)
  • Experience developing in an object oriented programming language (PHP, Javascript, Angular.js, etc)
  • Expert in HTML5 and CSS3
  • Working knowledge of Javascript and jQuery
  • Experience with website performance and UI optimization
  • Comprehensive knowledge of web development best practices, standards, and proven ability to use core UI technologies

Front End Developer duties include:

  • Interacting closely with project management, designers, back-end programmers, and clients
  • Working with the UI designers and other developers to integrate the front-end code with the back-end platform
  • Participating in project requirement planning and estimating
  • Architecting, implementing and launching highly-visible, user-facing features
  • Building, testing, deploying, and maintaining front-end code for web pages and applications in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery

Other requirements for Front End Developer include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant work experience – We all took unique paths to get here too.
  • Strong portfolio and code samples – Let’s see your stuff!
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills – Yes, you will have to talk and meet with clients on occasion. ?

Ironistic is an awesome blend of a traditional web development shop as well as a digital marketing agency, and we’re looking for the right person to join our team as a Website Development Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for leading our design and development team in building fantastic websites and apps. Communication and organization are absolutely essential for this position.

The ideal Project Manager will include the following:

  • 1-3 years of experience in website project management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of web development practices and standards
  • Ability to plan, monitor, and communicate all aspects of a web development project
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Ironistic staff and Ironistic clients across all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Experience leading the build for both small theme-based sites as well as large custom websites
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at once and be able to problem solve during high volume times
  • Understanding of SEO best practices
  • Multiple CMS experiences a plus

Project Manager duties include:

  • Interacting closely with designers, developers, marketers and all development team members
  • Work directly with Ironistic clients to successfully build out their projects
  • Ensure projects successfully remain on time and on budget
  • Lead project planning and estimating
  • Communicate and manage all project requirements and timelines both internally and externally

Other requirements for Project Manager include:
