Ironistic Creative Marketing Coordinators are dynamic and organized individuals with a passion for digital marketing, a creative mindset, and a knack for generating engaging content. The Creative Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for working with the marketing team in the creation, editing, and production of marketing materials in both print and digital media in the areas of marketing and communication. They have excellent communication skills and collaborate with various teams across multiple departments within Ironistic, keeping projects and tasks on schedule and within the contract’s scope, and supporting the design team as needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years experience in professional client relationship management
- Proven experience in project management or account coordination
- The ability to efficiently and effectively plan and strategize
- Background in design
- Eye for design to aid in creative direction
- Working knowledge of industry design tools (Adobe, Canva, etc…)
- A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effective team management capabilities
- Keen attention to detail and management of budgetary restraints
- Full awareness of creative processes and techniques
- The ability to work as an authoritative figure in a busy team
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing elements and marketing research methods
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software, and applications.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Agency experience is a must
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the design team to guide projects and help with production as needed.
- Conceptualize and produce compelling visual and written content for various digital platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Foster client relationships and regular day-to-day communication and liaison with clients
- Day-to-day management of tasks and schedules of team members across all departments for clients
- Work with Project Managers on project planning and estimating
- Keep marketing projects, documents, and assets organized
- Pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform to the best of their ability
- Work with Digital Strategists and Project Managers to complete projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
- Using industry knowledge and skills to push clients and the team in the most productive direction to achieve their impact
- Facilitating and organizing client feedback
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaign strategies aligned with client objectives and target audience.
- Liaise with third-party vendors when necessary
