The Challenge
DIRT (Damage Information Reporting Tool) collects excavation damage and near-miss data across the United States and Canada. The platform plays a critical role in understanding why underground utility damage occurs and how to prevent it.
The existing dashboard, however, was outdated and difficult for CGA to manage:
- An impractical and inefficient user submission process
- Updates required significant manual effort
