Way back in 1938, the Franklin County Teachers Credit Union opened its doors to serve as a financial institution for the local community school employees and their families. Fast forward 75 years, and you have a strong local credit union of nearly 7,000 members. In order to continue to grow and thrive in the community, 1st Ed elected to evolve their brand, their website, and their overall marketing strategy, and they turned to Ironistic and our partners over at Membership Marketing Support Services (MMSS).

1st Ed Credit Union approached Ironistic to strategize a game plan to redesign their website for a better user experience that would not only enhance their site’s aesthetics but also generate more leads. Layout and page organization was a huge need for this client in order to direct users to landing pages where they could learn more about membership, services, and quarterly promotions.

Ironistic and MMSS worked together to build a new, custom website for 1st Ed Credit Union that quickly saw strong successes. Loan applications increased more than 300% and new member growth continues to climb. The messaging used throughout the site constantly reinforces the overall communications and outreach goals for the credit union, and 1st Ed staff can easily manage the entire website through the backend WordPress Content Management System.
