They serve as the client’s internal recruiter, working directly with human resources or company owners and managing all aspects of recruitment from job description creation to onboarding the new hire(s).

Ironistic teamed up with TalentFront to redesign and build a website that showcased how the organization provides their clients and potential clients with an exceptional experience. The overarching goal was to do so within an interactive, mobile-responsive, modern and professional website.

Ironistic's Solution

Ironistic built a modern looking site that not only provides excellent UX for the client’s users but also showcases their brand and encourages lead generation through calls-to-action for both potential clients and employees. The several CTAs throughout the site make it easy for users to learn about working with TalentFront as well as how to contact TalentFront to take the next step. Plus, a testimonial slider was added to the homepage to reinforce the value of the clients services to their potential customers.
