Founded in 2010 in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis, Better Markets is a non-profit, non-partisan, independent organization with a mission to promote the public interest in the financial markets, support the financial reform of Wall Street, and make the financial system work for all Americans. They work with members of the financial sector to promote pro-market, pro-business, and pro-growth policies. They are also a government watchdog and call attention to any organizations that fail to serve the public.
Their Objectives
Better Markets came to Ironistic for a website redesign and rebuild that better demonstrates their expertise and clearly leads users through the site with thoughtful content placement, suggested content, and clean page designs. They wanted the design to increase current and potential donors’ understanding of Better Markets’ mission and initiatives to increase donations. The new site is accessible and easy to navigate with an intuitive user journey so that the media can recognize Better Markets as a trusted resource.
Ironistic's Solution
During the rebuild, Ironistic focused on delivering a better user experience to anyone who lands on the website. We built a website that is contemporary with an intuitive content management system, is interactive and engaging, as well as easy-to-navigate for the public and the Better Markets team. We created user experiences that allow users to quickly and easily find content and promote cross-site engagement through highlighting related content. By transitioning from Drupal to WordPress, Better Markets is able to better manage their content and deliver the right message to their audience. We partnered with the Better Markets team to prioritize landing pages and content. We also worked together to integrate their current Dynamics 365 system for donations.
