Ironistic is a results-driven B2B marketing agency helping clients grow through strategy, creativity, and data. We are seeking a high-performing Marketing Manager to lead our own internal lead generation and brand awareness efforts. This role is pivotal to Ironistic’s growth — you will own the strategy and execution of campaigns designed to fill our pipeline, elevate our market presence, and position Ironistic as the go-to agency for B2B businesses.
You thrive on driving measurable outcomes, are equally comfortable crafting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute, and bring deep expertise across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
This position is full-time, remote, and reports to the Director of Marketing.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience & Education
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing and executing marketing strategies focused on lead generation and brand awareness for B2B businesses.
- Proven, measurable track record of driving pipeline growth and brand lift in a B2B environment.
- Experience working at or with a marketing agency is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns across Google PPC, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic platforms.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Marketo) and marketing automation.
- Working knowledge of OOH, DOOH, radio, TV, and print advertising — including planning, buying, and measuring traditional media.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel, including how to map tactics to funnel stages (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) and adjust strategies based on client or company goals.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and their role in organic lead generation.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, etc.) and the ability to build reports that connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
- Working knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and tools.

Responsibilities will include:
Lead Generation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel lead generation strategy targeting B2B decision-makers across industries Ironistic serves.
- Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google PPC, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms to generate qualified inbound leads.
- Own email marketing programs, including list segmentation, nurture sequences, and promotional campaigns — from strategy through deployment and analysis.
- Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage lead flow, track attribution, and report on pipeline contribution.
- Identify and act on conversion rate optimization (CRO) opportunities across landing pages, forms, and the broader digital funnel.
- Develop and manage gated content, lead magnets, and other top-of-funnel assets to capture and nurture prospects.
Brand Awareness
- Build and maintain a cohesive brand voice and presence across all channels, ensuring Ironistic is consistently positioned as a trusted expert in B2B marketing.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, social media content, and video — in collaboration with internal teams.
- Plan and manage traditional media campaigns, including local radio, TV, print, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising to expand Ironistic’s presence in target markets.
- Leverage Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising to reach business audiences in high-value locations and contexts.
- Drive earned media efforts, including PR outreach, thought leadership placement, and industry award submissions.
- Manage and grow Ironistic’s organic social media presence, including LinkedIn, as a primary channel for brand building and audience engagement.
Strategy & Analytics
- Define, track, and report on KPIs across all marketing channels, including CPL, CAC, MQL volume, brand lift metrics, and ROI.
- Own the marketing budget for Ironistic’s internal efforts, allocating spend across channels based on performance data and strategic priorities.
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify opportunities, inform positioning, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Continuously test, learn, and optimize — from ad creative to landing page copy to channel mix.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), lead quality expectations, and pipeline goals.
Collaboration & Agency Representation
- Act as an internal client — applying the same rigor and strategic thinking to Ironistic’s marketing as we bring to our clients.
- Partner with creative, web, and strategy teams to produce compelling assets and campaigns.
- Represent Ironistic at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility and generate referral relationships.
