Prior to joining Ironistic, Janet Waring spent eight years as Marketing Director at ArtForm Business Solutions, designing and implementing ArtForm’s successful Internet Media and Marketing Division. At ArtForm she focused on adding economic value by consolidating and refining the client’s digital footprint, developing and implementing marketing campaigns across all digital and print platforms, and ensuring a cohesive marketing strategy. Waring’s efforts saw her clients’ businesses grow 20 to 70 percent, directly attributable to her website designs, search engine optimization (SEO), social media campaigns, and related digital marketing.

Janet Waring began her marketing career as an intern at IBM over 25 years ago. She quickly moved into the commercial real estate industry, first with Boston Properties and later with Lawrence Ruben Company’s Washington, DC mixed-use building in the Penn Quarter.
Janet Waring was born and raised in Rockville, Maryland, where she currently resides with her husband and five of their six children still at home. An animal lover, she notes that she has one ugly dog rescued from a shelter, a horse (also a rescue), and a pony. She attended Robert E. Peary High School and Montgomery College.
