WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT CASE STUDY:
Shipbuilders Council of America (SCA) represents America’s shipbuilding industry, including its suppliers and member companies that build, service and repair commercial, military and government fleets.
The SCA acts as a strong advocate for their members, especially in regard to government policy and legislation that impacts the industry. America’s shipbuilders are critical for the health and strength of the nation’s economic security and homeland security.
Ironistic was proud to partner with the SCA and Nahigian Strategies in creating a modern and robust site that would propel the association into the future. They needed a visual and strategic update that would better serve their current members and garner new ones. It also needed to engage their target audiences and promote news, industry events and critical issues related to their mission.
Ironistic delivered with a cross-platform, creative design that quickly grabs attention with impressive industry hero images and smart layouts that present content in easy-to-digest formats. Navigation is easy and intuitive, and call-to-actions guide users through the site.
We also developed a highly-functional members-only area for SCA and implemented a dynamic content management system that allows them to effectively manage all site content. This was very important for a client like SCA that needs efficient means for updating news, resources, key legislative issues and events.
Behind the scenes our team did a great job with implementing the design, programming and making changes and additions throughout the process. SCA’s site is now primed for maximum usability and impact.
