Ironistic Marketing Strategists are responsible for developing marketing strategies to support our clients’ business goals, and manage the execution of said strategies to success.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field
- Proven work experience as a marketing strategist or marketing manager
- Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies
- Understanding and use of digital tools, technologies, and trends, then leveraging those for client success, including research and discovery efforts
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, paid search, display, and video, Google Analytics, CRM software, and Content Management Systems
- Effective goal-setting skills
- Strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills
- An understanding of web design and highly effective UX/UI
- Excellent written and verbal communication to express ideas and share marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and deliverables
- Team management skills
- BS degree in Marketing or a relevant field
- Agency experience is a must!
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead the development of omnichannel marketing strategies that achieve our clients’ business goals, including but not limited to lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
- Manage a team of marketing professionals, including Project Managers and specialists in PPC, SEO, Content, and Email Marketing.
- Work with various partners for solutions including CTV, OOH, Streaming Audio, and Podcasts.
- Oversee reporting to illustrate effectiveness of all campaigns and other efforts to client
- Maintaining a solid understanding of all current marketing strategies and best practices
- Collaborate with internal marketing and production teams
- Analyze sales and marketing trends
- Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
