Ironistic seeks an experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing to lead our digital marketing team and drive our client’s digital strategies to new heights. As the Director of Marketing, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that align with our client’s objectives. You will work closely with our clients, internal teams, and external partners to deliver exceptional results and foster long-term relationships.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field
- Proven work experience as a marketing specialist
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies
- Understanding and use of digital tools, technologies, and trends, then leveraging those for client success, including research and discovery efforts
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, and Content Management Systems
- An understanding of web design and highly effective UX/UI
- Time management and organization in order to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills

- BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Agency experience is a must.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement for our clients.
- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and industry landscape and translate that knowledge into effective digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, display advertising, and email marketing.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in digital marketing and leverage emerging technologies and trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Graphic design skills are a plus, as you may be involved in overseeing the creation and implementation of visually appealing digital assets.
